The etagere has three tiers, each of rectangular form with apse shaped ends. The top tier has a solid gallery with a gilt-metal line to the top and further gilt metal moulding with beaded detail to the lower edge.
The tiers supported on four tapering fluted columns with an additional inverted tapering and spirally fluted column at each end. The two lower tiers have a pierced gilt-metal gallery. The table stands on four spirally fluted legs with gilt-metal capped toes.
