A Superb Regency Games Table in the Manner of George Bullock
A Very fine Regency period elm, oak and ebony games table of the most unusual design. The rounded rectangular top having an inlaid chess board and banded with ebony foliage. The top hinged at either end opening to reveal lined wells. In the frieze is a leather lined drawer for backgammon. The end-supports with brass columns above scrolled ebonised feet with applied brass mounts. The table being of the most outstanding quality and excellent faded colour and patination.
