The semi-elliptical tops cross-banded in tulipwood and harewood, separated by boxwood and ebony stringing and ribbon-tied trialing foliage and white flowers.
The ivory painted and parcel-gilt bases with geometric and foliate details applied to the frieze and tapering fluted legs carved with acanthus leaves, gadrooned and moulded collars and flutes. The legs terminating in further acanthus leaves above turned and moulded toes. The legs united by inwardly curved reeded stretchers applied with strings of balls and centered by a carved swirl on acanthus leaves.
