J. MCLEAN

John McLean operated from premises in Upper Marylebone Street during the beginning of the 19th Century. He was listed as a subscriber to Thomas Sheraton's The Cabinet Dictionary in 1803 from which he drew inspiration. His pieces had a French feel to them particularly with his use of gilt brass ornamentation on a dark rosewood background.
