The faded mahogany top, which is serpentine fronted and has canted corners, sits above a similarly serpentine frieze with superbly figured veneers flanking a central entablature carved with a ribbon and foliate design.

The table stands on four square cut fluted and stop-fluted tapering legs which terminate in block toes. At the top of each leg is an unusual carved spandrel.

The table being extremely elegant in design and of the very best quality.
