A Pair of George II Carved Mahogany Gainsborough ArmchairsThe serpentine backs and seats upholstered in eighteenth century gros-point floral needlework with curved arm supports carved with acanthus and flowers on a punched ground and over a seat rail with similarly carved mahogany show-wood supported by carved cabriole legs terminating in scrolled feet.
